A new 161-unit, and 5,560 square feet of commercial space Mixed-Use project. The project consists of a mixture of studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, a parking garage as well as a swimming pool, fitness center, club house, dog wash area and several other outdoor amenities.
Meier’s scope is structural concrete for the WRAP style parking structure. There is an approximate 22,500sf footprint for the parking garage and 105,000sf of concrete slabs. Five levels of concrete parking decks surrounded by wood framed apartment and retail units on each floor.
The project utilizes conventional isolated spread foundations, continuous foundations and MAT Foundations, below a slab-on-grade. The four suspended decks are Post-Tension Reinforced.
Our scope's construction began December 2019, and is expected to be completed in Q2 of 2020.
The General Contractor on this project is Milender White.
