A new 422-unit Apartment Building sitting above one-level Type I-A subterranean concrete parking structure. The project consists of a mixture of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, a parking garage as well as a pool and spa, sky deck with grills and lounge space, fitness center, club room with billiards tables, wine room, business center and pet grooming space.
Meier’s scope is structural concrete. There is an approximate 135,000sf footprint and 500,000gsf of concrete slabs, with 1 Level subterranean for parking, and three concrete suspended floors and podium below wood framed construction above.
The basement is conventional isolated spread foundations, continuous foundations and MAT Foundations, below a slab-on-grade. The three suspended decks are Post-Tension Reinforced.
Our scope's construction began May 2019, and is expected to be completed in Q2 of 2020.
The General Contractor on this project is Wermers Multi-Family Corporation.
