A new 270-unit Apartment Building sitting above three-levels of Type I-A subterranean concrete parking structure. The project consists of a mixture of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, 12,000 square feet of retail space, a 361-car parking garage, as well as a pool, multiple sky decks with grills and lounge space, fitness center, club room, business center and other amenities.
Meier’s scope is structural concrete. There is an approximate 51,000sf footprint and 283,000sf of concrete slabs, with 3 levels subterranean for parking, and three levels above ground podium with wood framed construction above.
The basement is conventional isolated spread foundations, continuous foundations and MAT Foundations, below a slab-on-grade. The six suspended decks are Post-Tension Reinforced.
Our scope's construction is set to begin June 2020, and is expected to be completed in Q2 of 2020.
